At Yalla Kicks, we want you to be happy with your purchase! We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.

Return & Refund Window

• You can request a return or refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to Return

• Just hit us up on WhatsApp [+971 56 257 6662], and we’ll take care of the rest.
• Our delivery agent will swing by your location to pick up the return.
• Returns are free if there's a defect or a mistake on our end. Otherwise, a 30 AED return fee applies.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 1 day after we receive the item.

Damaged or Defective Items? No Worries!

• If your kicks arrive damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days with clear photos.
• We’ll either replace them for free or offer a full refund—your choice!

Exchanges Made Easy

• Need a different size or style? No problem! Contact us on WhatsApp [+971 56 257 6662], and we’ll swap them out.
• Exchange fee is 30 AED, unless it's our mistake—then it's on us!

Order Cancellations

• Changed your mind? Let us know ASAP before your order ships, and we’ll refund you in full.
• If it’s already on the way, you’ll need to follow the return process.
